I am Richa, an MBA in HR and Marketing from the esteemed Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM), Delhi.With over 15 years of professional experience across both private organizations and Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in India and having a fulfilling corporate journey, I chose to follow my passion for writing and culture full-time — and that’s how this blog was born.
